• Drive code quality across the team — leading PR reviews, enforcing SonarCloud quality gates, CODEOWNERS policies, and pre-commit security hooks.
• Standardised AI-assisted development practices (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) across the team, accelerating feature delivery, debugging, and test authoring.
• Partner with AI/CV/Agents, Product, QA, and DevOps teams on event contracts, integration points, test coverage, and production deployments across dev/QA/production environments.
